Mike Moynahan Honored as 2005 PCS Regional Clubmaker of the Year

By Professional CLUBMAKERS’ Society (PCS) at
Annual Expo in Louisville, Kentucky

Mike Moynahan, owner of Kama’aina Clubmakers in Kula, was recently named 2005 PCS Regional Clubmaker of the Year by the Professional CLUBMAKERS’ Society (PCS). A PCS Certified “Class A” Clubmaker, Moynahan attended the ceremonies during the 14th Annual PCS International Symposium and Expo in Louisville, Kentucky. He was one of six finalists who received regional honors for 2005.

The PCS Clubmaker of the Year program seeks to recognize outstanding professional clubmakers for excellence in craftsmanship, customer service and contributions to furthering the clubmaking profession. Nominees are welcome from membership with the final selection made by a committee of previous clubmakers of the year.

This is the second clubmaking honor awarded to Mike Moynahan this year; he was recently titled the 2004-2005 Hawaii Clubmaker of the Year by the Golf Clubmakers Association (GCA). Previously, he was named 2002-2003 Western Region Clubmaker of the Year.
